At Soccer World Central, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, have the original tags attached, and are in their original packaging, including footwear boxes.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your gear and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
